IMPORTANT NOTICE!
From the General Chair : Corrections on Judging
Schedule
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO
THE JUDGING PROGRAM...
Sweeps:
Dogs will start at 10:00 am. as opposed to the 8:30
as listed. Bitches will start at 8:30 as written
on the judging program. This will allow for a
stagger in class judging.
Obedience:
Will be judged in the Coliseum on mats. Best entry
of the facility for obedience competitors will be at
the North East/West doors.

Dogs will be judged in the same ring all 3 days
and bitches will be judged in the same ring all 3
days

VOLUNTEER UPDATES AS OF OCTOBER 14, 2009
Still need another person for Rally
Excellent classes (Monday, 10-26).
Need a few more workers for the field trial
(throwers, poppers, hangers, marshalls)
Maybe 5-6 more would be good for Tues
(10-20), Wed (10-21), Thurs. (10-22) (this
would allow for double scheduling for
breaks, running dogs, etc.)
Need lots of hospitality workers: Have
shifts most days for 1-2 people from 10am-2
pm and 7pm-10pm
Catalog Sales/pick-up:
-
Need one person on both Tues (10-27) and
Wed (10-28)
-
Need 2 persons on Sat. eve. 4pm-7:30 pm
-
Need 3 people Mon. 8am- noon and also
noon-4pm
Could use someone at each hotel to report
problems and check yard and poop supplies

HAVE VISIONS
OF EARNING THE TRIATHLON AWARD?
PLEASE READ THIS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
If
you want to be recognized at the Closing
Ceremonies for completing the requirements for
the GRCA triathlon award at the National
Specialty, you MUST download a worksheet for
"Triathlon Recognition" and have it turned in by
the time and place specified on the form.
This
is NOT the application to receive the official
triathlon award, this is only for recognition
for unofficial completion at the event.

NOTE
If reservations at
any of the motels were made by one person for a group,
please put the rooms in individual names at this time.
If you have reserved more rooms than you need PLEASE
release the rooms you don't need so others will have an
opportunity to get rooms. The Show Committee appreciates
your help on this. |

(only) the following motels have rooms available:

Super 8,
REGENCY INN
(formerly Motel 6)
has rooms available from Oct 19 thru Oct 29th. Regency
Inn was just added to the recommended list as it has new
owners and managers. See the motel listing for rates and
pet fee.
FOR
ALL MOTELS we recommend calling direct on the local
number.

The area on her website that said a confirmation email would be
sent
was removed approximately 3 weeks ago. We will be forwarding

the Secretary (and excerpts from the premium list) how to expect
entry confirmation. Please wait to contact the show secretary
until
you read this information.
